L1Turning work: parts up to 4.5 m and Ø380 mm
When the original part is no longer available or costs too much, we make it. In our own workshop we turn parts up to 4.5 m long and 380 mm in diameter.
When to get in touch
- You need a new hydraulic cylinder piston rod or barrel
- The manufacturer no longer makes the part
- The original part costs too much or takes a long time to arrive
- You have a drawing or an old part as a sample
How the repair works
Drawing or sample
Bring in a drawing or the old part. From the sample we determine all the dimensions needed.
Measuring and discussion
We measure the part and discuss the material with you, along with how the part will be used.
Turning
We turn the part in our own workshop. Maximum dimensions: 4.5 m long and 380 mm in diameter.
Checking
We check the finished part by measuring it. If it is a cylinder part, we can assemble and test the whole cylinder straight away.

Most often we make hydraulic cylinder piston rods, barrels and other parts for cylinders and hydraulic units. We also turn other parts to individual order.
