Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and/or phone number, and your message. This data is sent by email to our inbox at hidrorema@gmail.com and is not stored on the website server.

We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and, if we reach an agreement, to carry out the work ordered. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as necessary for these purposes and to meet statutory accounting requirements.

To protect the form from spam, the server keeps an encrypted (hashed) marker of your IP address for up to one hour. We do not store the IP address itself. We also keep a hash of the message for up to six hours so repeated spam can be spotted. The message text itself is not stored.

Server logs

The website is hosted by UAB „Interneto vizija“. Like any server, it may log requests for technical and security purposes: IP address, time, the page requested and browser type. This is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the website's operation and security.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We do not use cookies for the website's essential functions. Your chosen language and your cookie consent are remembered in your browser's local storage (localStorage).

Only if you consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to see how visitors use the website so that we can improve it. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which are valid for up to 2 years. Advertising and ad personalisation features are switched off. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website.

Google Maps

The map in the contact section loads only when you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Until you load the map, no data is transferred to Google.

Fonts and icons

Fonts and icons are hosted on our own server, so loading them does not transfer your data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict its processing, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hidrorema@gmail.com.

If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija (vdai.lrv.lt) (the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate).
